Yeh, really glad everyone got out okay ... must have been terrifying ... and then there was that freezing water to contend with ... brrrrr!
Anyone know what sort of feathered fiend brought the Big Bird down? Can't be much left of the little critter to find out.

Well this just goes to show that all Geese on the face of the earth must be wiped out.
There's little doubt that these geese were working for Allah and brought down the plane of infidels over the Hudson.
Kill all Geese now.
Glad everyone was OK it would be terrible if they had to jump into the frigid waters of the hudson, they could have got a good dose of hepatitis, as well as hypethermia.
I guess they'll be on every talk show in the nation and laudered as the nations latest HEROES!!!

I don't want to jump to conclusions, but is it now time to build gas chambers to deal with Muslims?

Well, the Captain and Co-Pilot are the heroes.
And yes, all geese must be exterminated. ;D

I've decided I'm never getting on a plane again.
Even if you go somewhere nice for holiday the impending terror of having to get back on a plane just nags away and ruins it.
Not right. Ban flying.

Don't be daft Omni. Planes are safe. Only the US Airways ones go swimming.

Amazing footage last night. That pilot - what a hero!
I heard on the radio this morning that he's contacted Guinness, claiming a record for the greatest number of wing-fliers.

Ace Pilot. My son flew home from the USA on wednesday all on his own, hes been to see his American girlfriend, hes only 20 and was nervous about the flying, i was glad when he had landed ok. If this had happened on wednesday, my nerves would have been all over the place. He flew from Cali to heathrow.
