By the same token, it's fair to ask whether it is reasonable that any such upgrades should be necessary as the hazard seems to be the same. In health & safety doctrine, it is always better to completely remove the hazard if possible and only to apply mitigation measures if that is impossible or impracticable. For me, you shouldn't have to keep spending money on new doors. In fact, it seems that that would be futile. |
