That's my point. Some people also have psychosies about their nosies. If you're interested in fixing psychoses, then some "purely" cosmetic changes apply as well as fixing the ravages of cancer. I doubt this bird had a psychosis about her arse, but she might have done. We don't know. Fair point, but I think what we're homing in on here is elective cosmetic surgery. Now, you could argue that breast re-builds are elective, which is true in as much as you don't have to have them, but getting breast cancer isn't a choice so, in that respect, neither is the re-build.

They're "elective" in the sense that they're not necessary for physical health. But they are necessary for mental health, and that can be true for "rebuilds" or for first time construction.

had she had body dismorphia she could have got the treatment on the NHS rather than some backstreet clinic in Turkey. That's the difference between cosmetic surgery for real psychological conditions and just thinking 'my butt would look so much better with fat pumped into it'

Bloody hell, that's rough. She's chosen a classy venue for her photo-shoot. Are those outdoor shutters?

Yikes. Although, of course, typical Daily Mail pretending to be horrified by the exploitation of young women while showing photos of those same young women not wearing much.

Not really about duckface, but do you think the new upskirting law means the Daily mail won't be able to pay paparazzi to try and take pictures of celebs flashinf their knickers as they get out of taxis/cars This sort of shite? www.mirror.co.uk/3am/celebrity-news/nikki-grahame-accidentally-flashes-knickers-6159392

I doubt them being murdered has very much to do with having their photo taken, but you know that, right?
