Well done , Israel ! But stick to it and finish the job kicking their camel-fondling asses ! How can they do both, Lawrence? A ceasefire and 'kicking their asses' doesn't compute. Do you think Israel should continue until all the inhabitants of Gaza are dead?

Yeah, just like they observed the last one. RMPNCO The Israeli army killed 403 Palestinians in Gaza in 2008 (before the current invasion). Doesn't sound like a truce. Just routine in fact. The Israeli army killed 300 Palestinians in Gaza in 2007 and 523 in 2006.

No not all of them. Just the bad guys . The kind that enjoy sending young people with bombs strapped to their bodies to explode in pizza parlors , restaurants and school buses. And then write songs boasting of their deeds. You know the type. Surely you don't defend them Are you a monster ?

There is something the Israeli terrorists and their financiers in New York and Washington should remember (because they have long privately realised it)
Hamas and Hezbollah and the deported people of Palestine WILL NOT GO AWAY

I've never defended killers, Lawrence, neither hamas killers or any other variety, as well you know from reading me say so more times than I can remember on News.
If not wanting to see any more blameless people dead and maimed makes me a monster in your eyes then so be it.

A truce means a ceasefire by both sides. Since the Israeli army killed 403 Palestinians in Gaza in 2008 (before the current invasion), this is more like business as usual rather than the observation of a truce, although you have to look at the month by month figures (as with the rocket attacks) to reach a conclusion.
An attack by Israel on militants inside Gaza is a breach of the truce. It could be justified by Israel if it were a direct return of fire to an attack on Israel, but not otherwise. The truce also had conditions which Israel didn't observe, specifically the lifting of the blockade which reduced supplies of food and other essentials to crisis level in Gaza.
Since the Israeli army had been preparing for the invasion long in advance, it was just a matter of finding the opportune moment, when Israeli elections were in the offing and the Bush regime with its ultra supportive postion on mass murder by the Israeli army was still in power.

Who said Hamas was blameless? Read what I said, ffs. I don't want BLAMELESS people killed. Blameless as in all those who didn't belong to Hamas who have been killed and injured in the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians, both in Gaza and in Israel.
