I've found myself hating women. Try to accept that some people have different opinions.

why is it interesting when Trump changes managers? If nothing else, it's interesting that he fired Parscale soon after bragging that his poll numbers were rising. Interesting strategy.

How could not feel at least a little bit sorry for her, having to debase herself daily must be taking a toll on her mental health.

"It does go on for ever. I really wish the US system was like everywhere else in the world where the process takes a few weeks." "But the lunatics are so hung up on the constitution." you sound exactly like the muslims migrating to europe. move to a country you loathe and then rage against it and demand it change to suit precious you. what the hell makes you so special? don't like it here? nobody is forcing you to stay. I don't get it. i would never move to a place i hated. And WKC wonders why I laugh so much at Rick’s posts! 😀😀😀

Rick thinks that if you emigrate to a country, you must like absolutely everything about that country and never suggest changing anything ever. Which is odd, because I won't know how to react every time there's a change of power.
The lunatics do fetichise their constitution, and give it almost mythical, religious status as an infallible and perfect object.

Just by the by Van I didn't ask why you laugh at rick's posts.
I mentioned that you do. And the point I subsequently made has probably gone past you.

Do you think the immigrants have to unconditionally love the country they move to? That they should move to that country purely through love for it, not because they married someone from that country, or they're moving for work? What a weird outlook.
As it happens, I bloody love it here (particularly from the Rockies westwards, which is far more civilised). But it isn't flawless. And, in fact, the whole political edifice is a mess, designed for a different era but somehow set in stone and considered utterly immutable by many people.

Why should migrants be held to a different standard? We assume most Americans well believe there are parts of the US that are fantastic and parts that can be improved. Why then should migrants be duty bound to think every single aspect is perfect? And you do realise that you are being fairly hysterical in miscategorising mild critique of SOME aspects as somebody hating a country they have moved to.

But you suggested it was because I view him as “far right”. Which is incorrect. I just think his posts are crazy Why do you think the point you “subsequently made” went past me when I clearly responded to it? That probably went past you.

President Donald Trump has threatened to send more federal law enforcement officers to major US cities to control ongoing protests. Mr Trump on Monday criticised a number of cities run by "liberal Democrats", including Chicago and New York, saying their leaders were afraid to act. He said officers sent to Oregon had done a "fantastic job" restoring order amid days of protests in Portland. Local officials say the federal officers are making matters worse. State leaders have demanded Mr Trump remove the personnel from Portland, accusing him of escalating the situation as a political stunt in an election year. www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-53481383He specifically named New York City, Chicago, Philadelphia, Detroit, Baltimore and Oakland in discussing problems with violence.

the only problem he has with violence is there's not enough of it, sending in the secret police to whip some up will play well with his base.

Hmmm. I wonder what these have in common that, say, Boston, Denver, Albuquerque don't...
Does anyone hear a very loud dog-whistle?

They're blaming Trump for sending in unmarked vehicles full of Feds dragging people off the street without any proper process. Trump is creating that chaos.
Why would they want the places they live to be burning, while wanting the places run by Republicans to be fine?

You know this has been going on for 50something days now, right? The Feds have every right to defend Federal lands,, only a blind dem could see this as Trump's making,
as for using the Feds to help bring order to the city I think it is a bad idea for Trump, These people have gotten the government they wanted, let them learn what it is to live under lawless Democrats, Trump should remind the citizens that help is there for the asking though

You weren't so enthusiastic about protecting actual federal land in Oregon back when your BLM bad guys were the Bureau of Land Management, and it was Cliven Bundy who was actively occupying it.

Yeah that's different, when it's a gun nut sovereign citizen group doing it they are true Patriots pushing back against the evil big federal government, it's only when its unarmed kids and naval vets protesting police brutality and the use of secret police invading their city that the feds are saving America.

So I'm sure many have seen Trump crowing he got 30/30 on his dementia test, but I've been thinking about why he, or really those handling him, decided to administer a test designed for dementia and alzheimer patients. A couple of things cone to mind, knowing he probably had no clue why this test was developed or who its aimed at, did those around him have real fears about just how far gone he is, I mean it's pretty clear he's in cognitive decline, and did they have the 25th Amendment in their back pocket ready just in case the results were worse than feared, the other thing is, I wonder what the true score was, I know they told him 30/30 but hes surrounded by todies telling him what he wants to hear, but it's highly unlikely he got above 20.

Hahahahaha! If the entire Russia case was based on the Steele Dossier's pee-tapes and there was literally nothing else, then perhaps this might weaken the argument.
But, you know, a whole bunch of the Trump campaign team kept lying about their interactions and contacts with Russians. Trump explicitly and publicly asked the Russians to hack Clinton's emails. And so on, and so forth.
There may be nothing much to the Russian story apart from Trump's legendarily thin skin and him having a meltdown about the suggestion that his 3 million vote electoral defeat but lucky electoral college victory might have had some outside influence (that remains what I believe to be the case). But "discrediting" the Steele dossier is not going to change anything.
