I think they need to find some way to bring back sport, bread and circus has long been understood as the way to placate the masses.

I was sliding down the channels last night and they are clearly desperate for anything new. They were showing college-level cornhole from an empty indoor arena with the competitors wearing masks.
I feel like we're seeing the last days of Rome.

you can watch reruns of various games both on network tv and many sport channels, mostly it sucks,

Archer has made the suggestion they play recorded oos and ahs over the PA system if they have to play cricket with no spectators
