Your footprints of Mo remind me of the One True Cross of which there seem to be so many fragments in so many churches that you could make a forest from it. St Helena found it some time in the late 3rd century, but found her way to it through miracles. So it's absolutely definitely not a random bullshit faux-relic created by guides she was paying lots of money to, and is certainly, clearly the Real Thing.

I'd say most of the Muslim world are not extreme nutters, but they are the modern bogey man, and their nutters are particularly despotic, the Taliban in particular, but that being said most Iranians I've ever met are not that down with the Mullahs, the Islamic state is not representative of Iranians for the most part, but like all facistic states, overthrow is difficult.
There's a huge Ismaili community here (the Aga Khan's lot) and they do a lot of good works, very welcoming and ecumenical.

Yes, take people as you find them. Humans are generally decent and would rather cooperate than fight. Life's efficient that way. I have know loads of throughly decent Muslims, but only one nice South African and only one decent Scouser.

Actually, I take that back. The Scouser was a bit of a twit to his partner, who is still a good pal, but she's from Teddington.

Most people that live under horrible ideologies (Communism, Islam, Hitler, Labour) find ways around them and many blind eyes are turned.

That's true. I can't see it flying with Team Saudi or Team Tehran. Maybe it'll form a convenient cadre for a sort of EU-friendly, culturally Islamic, MCC-tie. "Good" Muslims that you needn't be too frightened to share an office with. That sort of thing. I had no idea I was meant to be scared of the Muslims in my office. When did that happen?

its a conservative thing, bad enough for them to be scared of non white faces, its compounded by all the scare stories they tell themselves about Muslims. Frightened children do find most things scary, but thats the right

Yes, and they scamper off to hideously white parts of the commonwealth.

Yes, and they scamper off to hideously white parts of the commonwealth. Which hideously white parts of the Commonwealth? And what does race have to do with you expecting us to be scared of Muslims?

Should women be afraid of men in the office too?

They shouldn't be afraid of either, but they often are.

They shouldn't be afraid of either, but they often are. You suggested people should be afraid of Muslims in the office now they shouldn’t be. Which is it?

That will be the new conspiracy theory. He had Di and Dodi killed as he knew nobody would dare publish the story…
It’s sad this story couldn’t have broken while he was still alive though.

It's sad it couldn't have broken 3 decades ago when he would have had to suffer real consequences, but clearly nobody was brave enough to publish while he was alive and had his lawyers ready to go.

It’s incredibly frustrating that he was allowed to basically get away with it. At last Diddy is going down.
Al Fayed got to live out a long natural life.

I'll never shop at Harrods again.

It seems like it was recognised that Fayed's diddling would come out, and a slush fund for compo was part of the sale of Harrods. Cynical.
