My God!!! Are you saying some of them didn't go to university and get an arts and humanities degree??? How is this allowed??? The humanity!!!! The Left despise working class people. ... whereas the Tories, in a fit of unparalleled concern for the brothers & sisters of toil, actually chose to crash the economy in autumn '22. Of course, this rendering of those only just keeping their heads above water at the time to then be bobbing along the bottom was a cause of much celebration for the Bravermans, Kwartengs and Trusses of this world. The Tories concerned for the working class? F*ck off.

And so it begins .... www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/cz73yjned4xtTBF, I'm not completely against rapprochement with the EU, and it's always nice to be a good neighbour. If we can find a way back to the EEC, that will be fine, but we know that this is Starmer doing the bidding of the Isligntonistas.

Dunno. Germany's economy is circling the drain. If only they hadn't had a childish tantrum when we left, the relationship could have been good.

Germany's lurched to the right, I see ... "The biggest issue for AfD voters on Sunday was immigration, and in particular the issue of refugees and asylum. “Politicians have promised a lot, particularly concerning migration and foreigners," AfD voter Michael told the BBC in Thuringia's state capital, Erfurt. "But nothing happened. Nothing. Just promises came from these parties. Now I have my party. And I stand with my decision," he said, standing beside his partner Manuela, who agreed that people wanted change." www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cn02w01xr2jo

33% of the vote for a sh*t racist party? The BBC reports it as a win, because that’s what happened in Britain’s election, but in a proportional system I’m still not sure it’s a win.
It’s still a grim state of affairs, but it’s worth remembering this is winning a plurality not majority, and it’s in a state parliament in the former east so even if they did form an administration they’d be limited in what they can do.

I expect they'll be ignored. What can possibly go wrong?

They've already pushed Herr Shulz into making changes with his talk of soap and a bed or whatever it was. Well not changes, more noises.

Nous accusons ..... "France sees Channel migrant deaths as a problem of Britain's making" www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c9v8272vkxpo"And the blunt conclusion, repeated to me so often – by local mayors, by pensioners, by couples out walking their dogs on beaches where they now fear they may come across bodies washed ashore - is that this is Britain’s fault."
