There's no right for all members of the public to own guns in the constitution, but there is a due process protection for citizens in the 14th amendment which clearly includes abortion.

facile argument jim, the constitution didn't say anything about women voting either, in fact it was all about only white men voting, by saying women's bodily autonomy was not in the constitution you basically are asking for a return to slavery and only white men who own property having any rights at all. Clearly absurd.

Though as mentioned taking away a womans' right to make their own health decision and have control over their own body handed over to the state is just a start by the radical right who want to outlaw contraception, marriage equality, in fact almost any equality you care to mention, even inter-racial marriage could be outlawed again in certain states based on this ruling.

the states have always controlled the medical within that state, if you are a doctor, nurse, tech, you get the license from the state, not the feds, it is now up to the state to control abortion just like all other medical issues,

SCOTUS did not make abortion illegal, only returned the states their right to control their medical issues, though abortion is now illegal here in KY one could travel across the border, Illinois has full abortion rights, TN has them up to 12? weeks, of course with Biden's gas price it will cost you a little more to get there
