Chess: By now we've all read about the scandal where the bloke who beat the world champion is accused of cheating and one rumour has it that he has wireless controlled anal beads telling him what moves to make Poker: We may have read about the poker scandal, too. Unrelated to the anal beads, there were rumours that the cheat had a vibrating device on her. But apparently thought she had a bottom pair. This may not actually be a scandal any more, and might just be someone playing really badly and getting lucky. The thing about poker is, isn't everyone always cheating, and how would this be news? Fishing: But did we hear about the fishing scandal. Apparently, some fishermen have been shoving lead weights into the fish they've been catching to give artificially high weights in order to win fishing competitions. And, latest... International Irish Dancing: Now we have a match-fixing scandal at weird tappyfoot diddledee music stuff filled with the world's weirdest people.

I feel that that is a more serious issue, and is actually a sport. Same with the sex abuse allegations in the US NWSL. That's all actually nasty, rather than the stuff above which is mostly just funny.
