She had 4. She was probably too busy to watch the telly with us but yes, she probably glimpsed it from time to time.

Dunno. We seem to allow public thickness. I think it's fair to say that Abbo sits in that chair. DADS

It's interesting that your off-the-rails wild-child bimbo in the US is Britney and in the UK is KPrice. Both of whom are now well into their forties and who entered the public eye when we still had someone filtering our content for us. There are very few properly universal figures. Not even footballers - there's no modern Beckham in Britain. Harry Maguire or Phil Foden do not have the same profile. The closest would be perhaps Marcus Rashford, and coming soon might be Jude Bellingham. The internationalisation of it all means a lot of the kids are wearing Messi shirts. But he's dull as dishwater, just really famous as a footballer. If Bellingham does succeed at an international tournament, I think it would probably basically be the same thing. I have a family connection to Bellingham - though I have never met him. Apparently he is a very nice bloke.

Well when you had a kid/kids you are definitely more clued into kids TVA than people who don’t. I only hear of things when when around my nieces and nephews and they update me. What’s funny is when my mom/dad friends are still surprised when they mention a kid’s entertainment character / personality. I have to remind them “why would I be watching kid’s TV”.

I'm not sure that's right. Isn't the Norweigian lad the main man these days? He's the most successful in English football right now, but he doesn't seem to command any media presence outside of kicking a ball around and the British media aren't going to go crazy over him because, well, he's not playing for the England team and that's what the media will focus on.
