We really don't need anything more substantial. If it's within the rules, it's within the rules.
We certainly don't need to worry about this at all (unless we worry about every woman in the games) if the only basis for suspicion is a deeply dodgy "test" that the deeply dodgy administering body can't even describe. So let's move along until they come up with something other than rumour and hearsay.
