NO it dosnt , it only works for those capable of exploiting it , which dosnt included you and me and all the other dopes that actualy work for a living . Unless you youve got a fair few mill behind you or have access to it your a non starter.

For once i am actually pleased i don't have any money! I don't have any savings either so that's not a problem! My mortgage is low, so that's ok too - things will improve for us all, we just have to sit tight.

That's not likely to happen though is it in reality. A family with children at the moment is just making ends meet if they're lucky. By the time they have accumulated enough, i suspect the bad times will be passed times, hopefully!
