I wouldnt be getting too concerned over this one. Very soon you'll have no means of paying it or have any rubbish to chuck away

Oh well, we all know what this means don't we?
Fights as neighbours pop their rubbish into your bin.
The countryside being used as public tips as everyone ditches their rubbish wherever they can - except their bin.
Garden fires being lit in smoke free zones belching out stinking fumes.
Rat infestations.
Good move Labour, you really know how to give us all that feel good factor!

the governmenty can introduce all the taxes it wants, Its absolutely useless if people cant pay them and this is just what is coming. Your going to be left totaly skint , just where they want you.

I guess the only consolation is that with less money we will have less rubbish to dispose of as we have less to spend. When we have all finished dumping our rubbish because we don't want to pay the bin tax, we will then be charged more on our Council Tax for local councils to dispose of our dumped refuse. No win situation really!
