Oh and personally I'd never want my wife to have an abortion, but I dont then feel the need to tell every other woman on the planet what they can and cant do with their own bodies The problem is, is not just their bodies in question. I'm against making it illegal but the fact that some use it as a form of post-contraceptive really galls me.

I'm not sure how much of that actually happens, though its long been used by the anti lobby as if its a fact, but no one has ever some up with anything to back this up, I'm sure its not unknown, but the reasons are often far more complex. and yes it is their bodies, to say otherwise is just silly

I didn't say it isn't their bodies. I said another body is also involved besides their own, depending on how far along it is of course.

I am not a supporter of abortion but I think theultimate decision should be taken by the woman involved, not some idiot fundie Christian nutters.

For someone not in the UK you are very well informed, so tell me Voice
How long is the waiting list for an abortion, 5 mins, 10 mins a week?

Nothing new or "Bush" about banning US taxpayer funding for abortions. Reagan did so in the 80's Clinton did the same thing as Obama when he took office in 93. Bush reversed it in 01. Obama reversed that now. The next Republican president will do so again in 12, 16 whatever. The Republicans are the party of life.
