Don't worry jonren! I'm sure i read somewhere that Charlie Chaplin died in bed with his wife by his side at the tender age of 88 after a passionate session! There was life in the old boy right up until the end!

A 40 year old woman is 30 years too old for sex ? (You're not Gary Glitter are you) ?

I always used to dream of pulling an older woman, like a lovely 35 year old who just wants to ravage me. The problem being the older i get the less appealing 35 seems, the more appealing the 45 year old feels now!! ahahahaha. C'mon i need ravaged by a sexy ass mature lady. Anyone??? anyone?

One thing is certain. Even just talking about it, the over forty girls on here leave the twenty somethings way behind. Real women versus children. Vive le difference!

HAHA I was just gonna say exactly the same thing, Radge. I sometimes get chatting to 45, 50 year olds in the pub or whatever and think "hmmmnnn..."
Depressing.

Not generally with women in their 40s, Beachcomber. That's about 20-30 years too old for me... You might want to clarify that Omni, before someone accuses you of something unpleasant.

I think radge is advertising girls! Young girls might be more attractive, but at the end of the day they just haven't got the wisdom and confidence. A woman in her 40's can look amazing if she's taken care of herself. Her children will be older and she will have more energy, a force to be reckoned with lol!

She has a reliable plastic surgeon to help preserve her looks though. I saw a bit of a trout pout going on when she was on the Andrew Lloyd Webber Eurovision show! She still looks amazing though for 60!

Look, I'm 55, single and happy. REALLY! I've never been that bothered about sex. The best thing it did for me was that I have a wonderful daughter. Don't tell me we're now going to get social pressure to have mad passionate regular sex into our 90s, 'cos I personally was glad to emerge from my 30s-through-50s, feeling that I would now be allowed to enter my retirement/old age gracefully. Hormones, who needs 'em.

Grief ! what a depressing post .I'm not surprised you've never been that bothered about sex if you think social pressures could ever play a role in enjoying it or that once shed of those "social pressures " you could enter your 50's gracefully

Oh my goodness i don't intend to feel like that in my 50's either. I am in my 40's now, have bags of energy, am happily healthy and don't want to live the life of a nun just yet!!! Eek what a scarey thought!

You'll only feel like that in your 50's if you felt like that in your 40's and 30's and 20's as well.I'm convinced that women who "lose" their sex drive after a certain age never had much of a one in the first place and are just glad of the excuse to put it entirely on the shelf .A sort of " phew! ...now I dont even have to pretend anymore " Nothing wrong with not having one but dont blame a lack of it on age

When u are young you fancy loads of ppl. Its nice to be with the right man tho. Makes for better life and sex . If u are with the right man then everything should be fine and sometimes ppl are happier in their 40s 50s so that makes for a better sex life too?

Are you implying that 'older' people don't 'fancy loads of other ppl' ?......... 'Cos you'd be wrong.
A healthy and vibrant sex life isn't the preserve of the young (I know 'cos I've been there). Nor does it imply monogomy is the only way of life.......VARIETY is the spice of life - either with mutiple partners or simply introducing something new and different into your partnership.
Be adventurous and your sex life will still be as fresh and exciting as it once was ...... monotony and boredom is the death knell to any pastime !
