So Gordon Brown in attempting to create the longest period of sustained economic growth since the universe began and putting an end to boom-and-bust actually got some banking fellas to do the actual work. I suppose that makes sense considering that Brown is really a know-nothing incompetent fool. I suppose that this is what happens when an idiot socialist spender tries to be capitialist as well. You get the worst of both worlds.
