"The prince was heard calling fellow cadet Ahmed Raza Khan as "our little Paki friend" in the video, which he filmed as they waited to board a flight to Cyprus.
He was also caught saying: "F*** me, you look like a raghead," about someone else.
Earlier this week, black stand-up comedian Stephen K Amos told a television audience Harry had said to him: "You don't sound like a black chap."
He claimed the prince made the comment at the Prince of Wales's 60th birthday celebration last year.
"I wanted to say (in a West Indian accent) 'How am I supposed to sound?', the comic added.
Last night Clarence House said the matter over the video footage was now closed.
"Prince Harry has said sorry for his remarks and has been subjected to normal Army disciplinary procedures," a spokesperson said.
