Bank executive bonuses could be clawed back if the deals on which they are based are less profitable than originally thought, Gordon Brown told senior MIPS. Brown said the budget would be held on 22 April, the latest date since 1945. He said also he hoped to publish the much delayed bill of rights and responsibilities soon, adding it was looking at enforceable economic rights, including housing.
