Major war crimes have been committed in the Gaza invasion. Since the route to the International Court for Israeli criminals is blocked by the United States, this means a resort to the principle of universal jurisdiction is the remaining possibility. In the case of surviving members of the Palestinian resistance who might be charged, it would be open to debate whether the competent authority would be Israel, the occupying power, or the Palestinian government.
The principle of universal judgement means that, in the case of crimes against humanity, any government may issue arrest warrants against suspects. Who will step up to the plate to take action against Israeli war criminals? Iran?

I'm prepared to go after the war criminals if you want.
Just give me the names of all those involved in firing masses of rockets indiscrimately into populated Israeli civilian areas in the hope they kill and/or maim, and the moment they leave their legal security of Gaza, I'll start taking action against them.
Deal?

War crimes?............Hamas has never stopped commiting 'war crimes' for bloody years. It seems you support hamas outrages whilst condemning Isreal's right to defend herself.

you are too late Victor, the IDF has entered the territory and has killed most of them along with their children, wives and anyone standing near.
The Israelis rejoice at the killing of innocent children and women: Quote From: avi_eder
Re #360 I heard, on the radio, how we killed Nizar Rayyan. About a year ago Israel discovered that a certain residential building in Gaza was used as a headquater of Hamas, and as a workshop for rockets and as a rocket launching base against Shderot. So, Israel scattered leaflets around that building telling the people to evacuate it because of an immenant Israeli attack. When the fighter jets came the pilots saw that the rooftop was full of women and children. So, they made an about turn and that building was not bombed. This time, again leaflets were scattered around Rayyan's house with similar warnings. Again instead of evacuating the area, Rayyan and his family went and stood on the roof. Only this time the pilots recognised him (modern optical technology, you know) and directed the missile right on its target...... One less terrorist leader like those of your 7/7 in London. He and his family. unquote
If there are any Hamas left after the Israeli action and the IDF relaxes their stranglehold and permits them to travel I will happily help you to bring them to justice. In return for my assistance as a rational person i would expect your support to bring those who have used their modern weapons of indiscriminate destruction to Justice also.
so let me see, the Hamas have killed 3 settlers, the IDF have killed (just recently) 1000 of which 220plus were children. Will we start at the top or the bottom, the excuse "I was only obeying orders has been used already"

Here's a question. Out of all the rockets Hamas has fired into Israel over the past few years, how many have hit a military target?

That is a fair question, I will answer if you will do me the same curtsy, If the IDF is to be believed very few if any. These are primitive weapons used by terrorists who are currently encircled in what is effect a prison camp. they are fighting for access to the outside world.
Hope that my answer is ok, else ask again.
Now my queston. How many children, women and non combatants have been hit by the IDF.
Hint. read my quote of an Israel resident of an incident a few months ago: (« Reply #6 Today at 5:28pm ») above.

Well those "innocents" should have thought it through before they voted in and supported the Mass Murdering, War Crimminals and Terrorists, Hamas, as their leaders now, shouldn't they? Besides, Israel is trying to NOT to hit non-combatants, those that are, while unfortunate, are not sufficient cause to call off the eradication of Hamas.

Here's a question. Out of all the rockets Hamas has fired into Israel over the past few years, how many have hit a military target? How many have been aimed at a militrary target? I think you'll find that their purpose is 1. to terrorise the Israelis civilian population; and 2. to provoke Israel into reacting, inevitably causing Palestinian civilian casualties and causing Israel to come under incxreasing international pressure In other words to weaken Israeli morale and make it a pariah. Working too isn't it? Primarily because people are too gullible and too ready to hate Israel to recognise the tactic - and Hamas - for what it is.

I especially love the logic behind Hamas firing rockets at Israel to get them to lift the embargo that was put in place because Hamas were firing rockets at Israel!

Israel has already closed communication from the invasion. they hoped that by not allowing reporters in might keep the event quiet. it has had the opposite effect, it has given the reports of Hamas equal weight to those of the IDF. (must give credit to the USA for their embedded reporters, I still disagree with the invasion for common sense reasons.)
your taking a Jab will not help, the subject will not go away. This is exactly what the IDF is doing. this problem will only go away with discussion.

Israel were right to keep the press out, most of them have an agenda and the pratts think they can wander round a battlefield at whim!
