Please base your answer on what you think you might have read in the papers or seen on telly or, ideally, just a vague feeling you have, based on how attractive you think she is or just some hazy prejudice against the Italian judicial system.

Excellent question. I'm holding fire on my vote as I am undecided.
I'm open to having my mind made up by any unsubstantiated piece of gossip, factette, opinion knocking about frankly, either for or against. If she has a wart that might sway it.

Well, I'm torn on this.
The Italian judicial system is deeply untrustworthy and run by crooks and the police are immensely incompetent
But the British press seem to want Knox to be guilty, a sort of inverse of their usual behaviour when a Brit is a suspect abroad they always assume innocence. Now, because a Brit is a victim, they want the suspect to be very guilty.
So, on those two fronts, she should be innocent.
On the other hand, she looks great, and it would be great if birds like that really were really f**k*d up sex-crazed deviants, so on those grounds, I think I'd like herto be guilty.
So, to sum up, despite having huge numbers of prejudices, I'm not sure.

Guilty. Based merely on the fact the American media has decided she is innocent because she's American and Yanks never commit crimes abroad.
Plus everyone knows foreigners (i.e. non-Americans) are corrupt as f**k...

I think she is an innocent victim of a miscarriage of justice who has been justly jailed for committing a henious crime . Plus, I have it on good authority that she has a wart

I'm not bothered either way. Guilty, innocent, meh.
She did nothing to me.

Being serious now and following my feelings in the absence of knowing all the details of the case, i think she's innocent. Not innocent of playng sex games or of being a witch. Simply that in my experience females only try to harm other females when they are a rival or a threat. If Kerchner were neither then I'd struggle to find a motive.

guilty, well probably she lies so too much be inocent.
plus as Van said there's a whole industry in the US dedicated to freeing her, they have tried to trash every one involved, including to some extent Meredith, if you only watched the news from Seattle (I get the channel cos we're close) you'd end up thinking the only one innocent was Foxy and Meredith may have even killed herself or at least was asking for it.

What you omitted was that a hell of a lot of females see every other female as a rival or threat

Awesome. The hot, filthy, depraved slapper is available now! Not just for the prison guards on Cell Block H.

Hardly free. I bet fortunes have changed hands. Justice is a commodity, never more so than when the Yanks are involved.
