Absolutely. Apparently there was a 'near riot' (according to the BBC) over the fact that the black man was still in prison while the hideously white middle class people went free.

GUILTY. She lied to the police from the start. She was in possession of the knife. She accused Patrick Lumumba of being the killer, a barman who was completely innocent. DNA evidence has been disputed by an expert hired by Knoxs family. There has been a media circus hyped up by the Knox family. Outside the courthouse a crowd of mainly students from the local university shouted shame when they heard the verdict. Now the pregnant dog is off to sign a multi million dollar book deal, and i bet she has several chat shows lined up. The only good thing that has come out of this is the calm dignity of Meridiths family. And the fact she got three years for perverting the course of justice and possession of the knife.

Nah the more I read, the more likely I think she didn't do it. She was questioned for two days without a lawyer or interpreter and (allegedly) slapped around a bit and the forensic evidence amounted to sh*t. All that's left is some odd behaviour afterwards and telling lies like fcuk. Some of that could be attributed to fear of the police and of being a suspect. Plus, she's hot.

Apparently, one of the sources of tension between Knox and Kircher was the fact that dear Amanda insisted on storing her sex toy in a see-through bag in the bathroom. Now, while I applaud her willingness to engage with the rabbit, the fact that she felt she needed to flaunt it is a bit creepy: a bit juvenile, attention seeking and needy if you ask me. There are few things as unappealing as a girl who is constantly flaunting their sexuality and trying to be top shagger. I prefer them filthy but on the quiet.

I suppose it would be cool if she turned out to be an utterly cold and calculating psychopath and the whole innocent little girl thing is just an act that even her family don't suspect.

Incidentally, the case was not broufght before a jury, but a panel of judges and lay judges, who are not jurors. You can imagine why they might need a system like that in Italy.
