Global warming may have caused AirAsia plane crash. tinyurl.com/lr9zgmlKnew this was coming. I just wonder why it took so long.

Funny how I see nothing about global warming in that link.

Funny how I see nothing about global warming in that link. 'Unique weather' What causes "unique weather"? Global warming. "Referring to floods in Malaysia and Thailand, he suggested that climate change (global warming) may have played a part in more dangerous conditions for air travel:"

So you're saying that you think every unique, outlier, weather event is caused by global warming?

I assume, Rick, you accept stormy weather is a bit riskier for aeroplanes?

So you're saying that you think every unique, outlier, weather event is caused by global warming? I don't, but warmists do. Fernandes certainly thinks so.

I assume, Rick, you accept stormy weather is a bit riskier for aeroplanes? And stormy, calm, dry, wet, cold, weather is due to climate change.

Um. No. That's not at all what it says. It says that thunderstorms can cause ozone to move between troposphere and stratosphere, and given that ozone is a greenhouse gas we need to take that into account in climate models.
The difference between tropospheric and stratospheric ozone is fascinating, btw. But not one to go into here.

Well, that should be another 'sceptic' argument dispatched to Leon's Dustbin. Shame we had to massively wreck the planet to convince a few evidence-resistant dolts. Who will, no doubt, continue to resist evidence in different ways.
I wonder, will it be, One year doesn't matter, 2014 was a freak, the previous 17 years showed NO WARMING!"
Or will it be, "The records only go back to 1880 and what was the climate like 100,000 years ago? Can you spell ICE AGE?"
Or will it be, "The thermometers are wrong, Roy Spencer's satellites are the ONLY valid source of information!"

So, 2014 turns out not to have been the hottest year on record?

Ah, the fourth option: retreat into a fantasy land and make stuff up.
Thanks, mids. I'd forgotten about that one.

And warmists are high-fiving each other all over the internet. Never seen them this happy.

18 year pause? Hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!
Yes. Of course.
I bet we're going to have "cooling" next year, too.
