ain't it often the case, some drunken idiot totals his car killing others, but comes through with hardly a scratch. had one like that here over winter, some meathead pissed out of his head bombing down the highway in his F150 crossed over the center reservation, hit a mini van killing 4 and injuring 3 others, but walked away unharmed.

It's odd watching the crowd's reaction. Everyone just seems to stand there not doing or saying much. I expect you'd just want to go home right away.

Although there is a calmness to their reaction. You can imagine the shrieking hysteria if this happened in the EU. There'd probably be another dozen killed in the panic.

Just means not lawfully killed which is a pretty narrow category. Self defence is pretty much it I think.

You can kill someone in self defence or the defence of others. I don't the legal term is actually lawful killing but it amounts to that. Also abortion...
