Premier League's only good for fantasy football. Championship's is where it's at y'all.

It got dug up, buggered by a necrophiliac George W Bush, defiled by Dick Cheney crapping on it, and buried again, when Oxford were relegated out of the league altogether.
Indeed, I was there for the funeral. Our representatives from the Church of Leyton, headed by the Reverend Lee Steele, performed the last rites. As wakes go, it was an amazing do. ;D

Bastard.
Cracking match, apart from the last 3 minutes.

Did Oxford get deducted points then?
Somehow doubt that'd happen if one of the Big 4 and / or a 'trendy' Premier League team fielded an ineligible player *cough* Tevez *cough*

'Minge - apparently TV subscriptions do well during a recession.'
Hmmm I could see why (Disposable income tight, more time at home, may as well keep the footy, etc) although were TV subscriptions around here during the last recession? The levels of debt now might skewer the trend.
And yeah, I guess 'emerging markets' are more important now. 39th Game and all.
I just hope Villa win the league this season

Would that be Manchester Villa?

Yes. Oxford had 5 points nicked from us by the bumbling fools at the Conference because registration papers we sent in (for one of our worst players ever, by the way) weren't received by them and they couldn't be arsed to check team sheets to see if ineligible players were on the pitch for 3 months.

Why would Fergie meet him? I thought City were after him.

Scooby, he might be under the impression that he was joining Manchester Utd - after all, there is only one team in that city isn't there?
