As Voice said on the other thread, it used to be that being anti-fascist was the norm in western countries, and not something you got criticised for.
As I observed, the BBC has taken a very both-sidesy approach here: "The two extremes of American politics, the fascist and the people opposed to fascism", behaving as if both their arguments are equally valid.
