I wonder why they deleted the word 'chap'? Seems harmless enough to me.

"Dagmar Geisler". Nuff said.
I don't actually find this too much. It's not exactly graphic (no matter how hard I squint) and I suppose there's a place for it. I just question the overall need really. I guess it's a slightly underhand - if well intentioned - ruse to ensure that kids from super conservative backgrounds have access to this sort of information.

Also, if you tell kids this stuff before they go to school, what are they going to talk about behind the bikeshed?

I think there's a bit of adult projection going on by the author here. A four year old is almost certainly not going to be interested in sex at all and introducing ideas of oral sex and analingus is probably going to confuse them. It's probably ok starting to introduce 8 year olds to sex education but I'm not sure talk of kissing ringpieces is the right way to do it. Also, that creepily smiling teddy is meant to represent a child and the author is using it to introduce children to the idea that joining in with adults might be nice.

In many ways it reminds me of the Labour Party manifesto. Aimed at ignorant kids and largely about degenerate practices.

There's probably a chapter dedicated to toilet paper mishaps.

That's because you're a degenerate. What’s wrong with it?

It's telling 4 year olds about analingus and oral sex. I think 4 is too young for that sort of thing and, like I said before, seems to be more about projecting an adult view onto children almost certainly too young to understand and see it it in any sort of context.

That’s not in the article - do you have the book? Also if this is just an available book how is it being “forced” on children? Parents can just elect not to buy it.
