Democrats hate the police. Until they need them.

Then they scream at them for not getting there quick enough.

It's not totally unreasonable to protest the fact that the police get away with murder, and that society seems to think that black lives matter less than other lives.

rioting is always unreasonable,
the cop in question was found not guilty, all the riots they can do won't change that, what do they want? do they want to get rid of the double jeopardy laws? how does damaging other peoples property help them? the property should be repaired at the expense of the protester/rioters, as well as they should do jail time

It's possible that this cop was not guilty. It's a remarkable coincidence, though, that absolutely every cop is found not guilty when black people end up dead.

you can protest all you want, however when you are protesting and you put down the sign and pick up a bat-brick-whatever and start breaking things and hurting people you become a rioter, I would think this would be illegal anywhere.
the local shops there were taking them drinks and snacks, they still damaged their businesses, not just thugs, stupid thugs

It's funny when we're told that black people can protest peacefully all they want. Yet when Colin Kaepernick protests peacefully everyone absolutely loses it, and he is unable to get a job anywhere.

Colin is not in any legal trouble at all, he is a lousy Q-Back and finding it difficult to find a team, the fans also have a right to protest, funny how that works, they are also peacefull

even if this cop got away with murder how does that matter to the people who's property was damaged by these rioters?
the rioter/protesters should all be in jail

The fact that the cop crashed in to a pole, and said " I'm going to kill the f**k*r" then when he and his backup stopped him, did not do any police work, first the command, "Hands up, get out of the car", he just went straight to the car and shot the guy, that's not policing, it's murder, and yes he got away with it.
The poor student who was shot on school grounds carrying a tiny knife, and two cops couldn't handle it, they just kept backing off with guns in hand pointing directly at the student, and just shot the student who wasn't showing any violence at all. ffs, we have had large men weilding machettes and hammers, and police have knocked them to the ground with rugby tackles.

Maybe Jim sees violent protests the same way as rioters, they both can sometimes go hand-in-hand.

I never said anything about violent protesters. Almost all of the protesters in St Louis have been peaceful.

It can't be doubted we have a problem with some cops in this country.
Packing weapons, wearing bulletproof vests with other cops there as backup and they'll shoot to kill some dude with a knife because they "feared for their life". There should be some better psychological screening for new hires.
