I don't have a problem with protesters, those who carry sings and make noise,, but these people are breaking things, stealing things, they are no longer protesters, the are rioters, the "issue" does not matter,

More like you need to put Violent protester/Rioter rather than, Protester/Rioter just so you don't confuse people away from the article.

and any chance of them changing anyone's mind goes away when they start breaking windows, burning cars, stealing stuff, if these people intended to have peaceful protest they lost it, might give them a pass the first night, but the 2nd? 3rd? they were rioters all the way IMO
