Why does it shock anyone that several million people being part of a massive carnival street party celebration involves some lawlessness? Why is it commented on every year? You know why. A bunch of angry men shouting at the moon because of millions having fun, parading and dancing in the streets  |

It looks like Cher has the honour of being the first chick murdered at the Notting Hill Carnival. Her family must be proud.
