Also, the BBC is ridiculously pro-Israel. The idea that it's not is laughable. For example, we heard so much about Iran's "missile barrage" that killed a single Palestinian yet they've regularly ignored loads of less glamorous deaths in Gaza and the West Bank.

Just to pick apart one of many nonsenses from that article Unc posted:
"A Q&A piece on the BBC website refers to Hezbollah as a “heavily armed militant and political movement”. Hezbollah was proscribed as a terror group in Britain in 2019, a status that the article acknowledges with the later statement that “The group is designated as a terrorist organisation by Western states, Israel and Gulf Arab states”. As the BBC is a public service broadcaster, however, many would assume it was relevant to mention that the UK specifically designates Hezbollah this way, rather than just “the West”."
You can bet that if the BBC reported that "Hezbollah is designated a terrorist organisation by the UK" the article would whine that it was bias that it didn't mention that it was designated by others. How can it be more widespread than pointing out that all the main regional players consider it terrorist? If this is "bias" it's some pretty tenuous bias.

This post will now trigger a series of posts criticising the messenger but not discussing the message. I'll criticise the medium, as I often do with UncleJr. I bloody hate video rather than text links. Medium is an apt description of video, as it is neither rare or well done. <twiddles moustache>

UJs unhinged hatred of the BBC for not being a far right propaganda channel is well established, him going shopping for any thing that confirms his view is hardly new, that being said who ever thinks that video is in any way credible needs their bumps feeling. I'm not even in the field, but even I know you can use search engine algorithms to get any result you want. The truth is the very conservative BBC is very favourable to Israel, like all UK institutions.
And it's worth saying, again, the success of the Israeli government to cast any critics of their policies as antisemitic has to be one of their bigger achievements.
The screed from the telegraph is just weird and divorced from reality. Though they've been an embarrassment for years, so much as you expect.

Another night of cuntishness by the Luftjaffa, I see.
I wonder if, having reduced the Pro-Pal factions' tactical capacity locally, the theatre will simply move on to a) internal terrorism within Israel or, more likely, going after "Isreali" targets worldwide.

By the way, does anyone seriously think we're on the brink of WW3? I keep seeing nonsensical headlines suggesting we are.

Same as Baloo. It doesn't feel Third World War-ish. Even less so considering Iran's inability to get anything of note through the US Iron Dome system. Israel remains fundamentally secure from invasion, if not from the occasional terrorist attack. And given Israel's previous experience of invading Southern Lebanon like they're doing now, they'll probably retreat with their tails between their legs at some point soon. Not saying that it's not sh*t for everyone in the ME, but it's not WWIII.

"Israeli soldiers 'deliberately fired at and disabled' security cameras, UN says published at 13:04 British Summer Time 13:04 BST We've just brought you news that two UN peacekeepers have been injured by Israeli tank fire in southern Lebanon.
In a statement just released, the UN says Israeli forces have "repeatedly hit" UN positions the last 24 hours.
On Wednesday, soldiers "deliberately fired at and disabled" UN security cameras, we're told.
An Israeli drone was also spotted flying above the entrance to a bunker, where Israeli soldiers also fired at earlier today.
"Any deliberate attack on peacekeepers is a grave violation of international humanitarian law," the UN says."
Cunts. Shoot back. The IDF is a hostile force.
