It’s funny. Starmer’s rubbishness makes Jeremy Corbyn’s leadership look increasingly competent. If only the Labour Right hadn’t created the largely bullshit story of anti-semitism he might have been PM. But the Labour Right have had one thing in mind since the fall of Blair - which is crushing the left. Getting power in the Labour Party even if that means never having power in the UK.

Just to reiterate then, a single vote for the Tories tomorrow means utter, catastrophic defeat for Labour and should lead to the disbanding of the Labour party. And the BBC.

I am saying that the accusations of anti-semitism targeted at Corbyn were massively overblown. Not that there wasn't anti-semitism in Labour, any more than there isn't masses of it in the Tory Party, too. Of course there was and is. The idea that it was Corbyn's doing, or that Corbyn himself was anti-semitic, was wrong. The only valid accusation against him was that he was sometimes aless tough than he should have been on some anti-semites in his party because his instinct was to defend the Palestinians against the racists in Israel.
The current PM has exhibited far more anti-semitism than Corbyn ever did, yet the Labour Right somehow don't give a toss about the Tories.

Not definitive. Maybe he was healing the sick. Or waving goodbye to his election chances.

British Jews In 2017, a poll commissioned by Campaign Against Antisemitism of 1,864 British Jewish adults[427] found that 83% (in 2016, 87%) felt that the Labour Party was too tolerant of antisemitism among its MPs, members, or supporters.[428]
A Survation poll by The Jewish Chronicle prior to the 2017 general election found that 13% of Jews intended to vote for Labour, an increase from the 8.5% in May 2016. When asked to rank the degree of "antisemitism among the political party's members and elected representatives" between 1 (low) to 5 (high), Jews ranked Labour at 3.94, compared with 3.64 for UKIP, 2.7 for the Liberal Democrats, and 1.96 for the Conservatives.[429][non-primary source needed]
In September 2018, a Survation survey conducted for The Jewish Chronicle found that 85.9% of British Jews considered Jeremy Corbyn antisemitic, and 85.6% considered the Labour Party to have "high" or "very high" levels of antisemitism within the party's members and elected representatives. This compares to 1.7% and 6.1% for Theresa May and the Conservative Party respectively. This was an increase from 69% who considered the party to have "high" or "very high" levels of antisemitism in 2017.[430][non-primary source needed]
A poll conducted for The Jewish Chronicle by Survation in October 2019 showed that 87% of British Jews believed that Corbyn was antisemitic, with 47% "seriously considering" leaving the country if Corbyn became Prime Minister.[431][non-primary

It's weird, isn't it? When the media hoes on and on and on about the small amount of anti-semitism in Labour, the jewish public thinks Labour is full of anti-semites. Meanwhile, when the media completely ignores Boris Johnson's repeated use of offensive anti-semitic tropes and employs notorious antisemite Taki at the Spectator, people somehow don't know about the PM's own anti-semitism.

Why is delusion so strong among the left? First it was Corbyn who was going sweep away all in his path. Then it was Stumpy. Just a year ago he was hailed as the left's small white hope who was going to, you've guessed it, sweep away all in his path. Why are they not able to see the massive motes in their own eyes?

Excellent, yes that was it. But for the merest soupçon of anti semitism Corbyn was a shoe in. The talk of the pubs in Bolsover was of nothing but how, if it wasn't for the anti semitism charges, they'd be painting the electorate red. brilliiant. yes maybe bring him back? Please. I for one would be voting labour again if you brought him back. We need his charasmatic leadership qualities. I do wonder why the left keep losing when they have analysis like this on hand.
