I still hope she loses. It's the Greens' only seat and it's f**k**g rotten of Izzard to try and use her celebrity to sabotage that one seat. Why couldn't she go and try and take a seat off the Tories instead

That whole "equivalent" jobs sounds a bit dodgy. I'm not an expert but I don't think dinner ladies and dustmen do "equivalent" jobs. I think it's more of a political decision because, for the most part, men don't want to be dinner ladies and women don't want to be dustmen.
