Yeah Van - you should have seen Saqib Mahmood, who's parents are from Pakistan, bowling for England against Pakistan.

When did whacky backy become performance enhancing? Unless your entering a crisp eating competition or something! It’s not but the rules also say it’s banned. Everyone knows the rules and every serious runner has long lists of the things they aren’t allowed to take. It’s well kniown, You know the rules. Don’t break them.

That was the only film of theirs' I really liked. The follow-ups just seemed like more of the same but not as funny. Dave's Not Here will always be funny.

Yeah, stupid to ban that sprinter for toking. I know it's the rules and she must have been aware of it, but they need to get out of the 1950s. And a shame how she found out about her mother's death during an interview, I mean ffs.
Those eyelashes though - the wind resistance they induce must add a half second to her time.

At least she hasn’t battled it though. She just said “mea culpa” and moved on. Seems a lot of other people angry on her behalf!

It is a bit weird that some of those other people have tried to make it a race issue. There’s a ton of racism in sport, but taking a drug you know is banned isn’t a race issue.

It was even weirder given that all her competition are the same colour she is. Ah well. Yanks. Although the may just be rolling it into the Olympics discriminating against black swimmers with Afro hair and the Namibian runners being banned for being having naturally high testosterone levels (higher than the arbitrary limit set by the games for women.) (Although on social media the trend of the comments appears to be - she broke the rules so the ban is deserved. But they then question whether it’s a sensible rule in the first place.)

And yet a spot of rain in Germany dominates our headlines for a week and a single tragic shooting is the lead story for the Americas .... www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-57840801Still have if you prefer to hear about Britney....

A spot of rain? You mean huge flooding causing severe loss of life in a neighbour? We also covered the severe weather conditions in Australia when they had the floods years back. That is international newsworthy. It’s not usual for the BBC to cover local crime stories in far away cities. Do you seriously expect them to give exposure to the crime in every single city on the planet? Really? You sound absolutely deranged. I know you have a weird hard on for the Beeb but how many news outlets devote time to local news stories from US cities? The fact you seem confused that a big story concerning a global superstore would make more international deadlines that a local news story is odd. Next you’ll be surprised that a stabbing in Manchester doesn’t make the headlines in Sydney, Australia.
