Cis men are cis men and not trans women. Cis men randomly claiming to be trans women for a few minutes rather than living as a woman their entire lives are cis men. They're complete arsehole cis men. They are not trans women. They should be taken to the swamp and fed to alligators.

Yeah, I don't know if they're claiming to be "trans women" to take advantage of the tech recruitment or, much more likely, culture warrior cunts thinking they're making a brilliantly sharp point on self-identification.
But either way, if you go back to their home town and ask everyone if they've been living as a dude or as a dudette the last few months and the answer is dude, they should be thrown out of a helicopter South-American-Style into the middle of the Everglades.

This is a bit shocking, incidentally:
Women were disproportionately affected by those cuts, making up 69.2% of all tech layoffs, according to The Women Tech Network. And that's on top of the industry's ongoing gender imbalance. Women hold just 26% of jobs across all STEM occupations and even less — 24% — in computer fields, according to the latest available data from the U.S. Department of Labor.
