Caitlyn Jenner opposes trans girls in women's sports

Caitlyn Jenner, candidate for California governor and former Olympic gold medallist, says she opposes trans girls participating in women's sports.

Ms Jenner, who came out as a trans woman in 2015, told a reporter: "It just isn't fair. And we have to protect girls' sports in our schools."

A number of US states are considering a ban on trans girls in women's sports.

This is a question of fairness," she said. "That's why I oppose biological boys who are trans competing in girls' sports in school. It just isn't fair. And we have to protect girls' sports in our schools."

Just because one (attention demanding) trans woman who is trying to win votes for governor of California says something on trans issues, it doesn’t mean she’s right.

It’s also worth remembering that trans women have been allowed to compete at college level in the US for many years with almost no impact on cis women. It is just not a big deal and doesn’t warrant the amount of noise and froth that comes from the haterz.

You are failing to see this in the context of where it is being said, all accroas the GOP they've been fighting this anti-trans culture war for several years, just this past month something like 60 anti-trans bills have been passed by red states, states who all rank at or near the bottom of health care, infrastructure, education and so on, but rather than put forward policies to address these real issues they obsess over bathrooms and the non existing issue that boys might pretend to be Trans to get school sports medals
