interesting that he hasn't admitted guilt bearing in mind she had said she wouldn't settle if he didn't. i suspect this isn't the big win she hoped for, especially as it comes straight after admitting she lost the photo.

And just by the by a court was never going to decider if he was a nonce. He wasn't being accused of it.

It’s a little unclear:

“ The amount that Andrew, 61, will pay Ms. Giuffre is confidential, the parties said in a joint statement attached to the filing.

Andrew also “intends to make a substantial donation” to a charity “in support of victims’ rights,” the statement says.”

Some sources say it’s just into a charity and others say it’s to her and a charity of her choice.
