I'll bet he's white, maybe mid 30's, and European . .
Something in the mindset of Europeans in general . . they invaded the Americas causing death and destruction. They traveled the world subjugating the native populations. They are hardwired to be war-like and adventurist. So when you get someone of that inane mindset and couple it with a mental illness, killing your fellow man isn't too far behind.
