Apparently according to statistics, prisoners subjected to capital punishment do not reoffend….! Without exception apparently…. I mean you could just kill everybody who commits a crime by that logic. |

That’s the third story I have read in as many weeks about a criminal being deemed safe to reintegrate into society and immediately committing a violent crime (UK, USA and now Canada.)
