Not sure why we should have any sympathy for someone who is clearly very well off, but making choices that take a significant portion of her, very much above average income.
When my kids were young we both worked and paid child care, we earn a bit more than average and have a mortgage, but kept luxury spending such as private education, to a minimum. Had I been sunking all my cash on unnecessary crap same as this whinging woman, I'd not be expecting much sympathy cos my choices were leaving me a but short.

It’s fine to be rich. Just don’t whine about it and pretend you’re struggling.

Her “choices” are just essential monthly spending. Not frivolities. Nothing wrong with her stating the reality which is that her earnings actually don’t leave her with much each month after she covers the household bills.

Hahaha. She can't adjust her "reality" to suit her purse then?

School fees are clearly not essential. Also, owning a 1.3m house isn’t. The “what a hard life” only a 4 person 2 week holiday in Tenerife isn’t.

Since when was school fees ever essential, or buying a large house for that matter. Neither are essential and it's her choice to spend her money on luxury items such as private education and a massive posh house.
Though if she can afford it, good for her, but fcuk off whining that you're struggling when you live such a privileged lifestyle.

Also she says that she can afford her lifestyle but is terrified of paying 5% on what she earns over 125k which is just pathetic whining. And of paying 1 or 2% extra on her fairly meager 500k of mortgage.

Of course it's optional - do you imagine it's mandatory? Childcare is absolutely mandatory for responsible parents who do not plan to leave their children home alone. If you are suggesting it’s not mandatory because they can just leave their toddlers home alone you are being stupid. Look up mandatory in the dictionary. Some of your other answers are a bit odd too. Are you okay?
