Another occasional thread for sudden and surprising changes in longstanding beliefs or practices.
My inaugural offering: last night I cooked a chicken korma. It was absolutely delicious.
Who knew?

Was the change that you didn't think you could cook chicken korma or that you didn't believe it existed but now you do?

The change was that I believed korma to be the Devil's work and not something that a red-blooded gentleman should enjoy. Strictly for chicks and wooftahs.
I confess that I did zhuzh it up a little with a dash of mushroom soy and a blob of green chili puree, but it was a basic sauce from the kwop.

I have this image of St. Paul feeling a bit peckish and the only place to eat is the Taj Mahal half way down the High Street.

I still cannot understand the concept of a korma. Foul dish.
