Ah.
"The youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons and is originally from Cardiff, moved to the Southport area with his Rwandan parents when he was aged six."

He doesn’t sound very Rwandan. On MI5's watch list, eh?

One says he moved to Cardiff as a six year old one says he arrived last year? Seems like a sad incel murderer.

Hmmm. If we really want to reduce the risk of similar things not happening again, "hope" probably isn't the best strategy. "This town is waking up in shock, grief and asking "why?" Flowers have been left at both ends of the road. There is a child's doll with a message sending condolences to the families affected. Another bunch of flowers has been left with a poem entitled "Hope". It ends with the lines: "And through this devastation with tears, can barely cope. Our love to be ongoing. We cling to future hope." www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/cevwgqz0x41t

The deal is done, a fix has been put in. Business as usual for the Civil Service who, having acquiesed with the last Government, has found an accommodation with the new one. www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c6p24zpeg05o"We allowed ourselves to not do our jobs for the last lot, and we'll happily provide that same level of service for you, Rachel, for only a modest premium ...."

I don't think his name is Ali Al-Shakti, mind. That does sound made up.

"Unexpectedly" Right.
"The independent forecasters were unexpectedly backing up - in public - the chancellor's central contention that she was left a dire fiscal inheritance."

I doubt he's 17 either. He's probably got a couple of ISIS campaigns under his belt.
