I see nothing there that changes my mind re: the cop. Kicking somebody in the head that is restrained on the ground makes you a violent thug and I hope he loses his job as a police officer.

Oh to be clear I have no issue with somebody being arrested and charged for assault as those assaulting the police officers have been.

My issue is with the police then assaulting a man lying being restrained on the floor.
