OK, in the Post Reply you have icons above the post area, on the central line on the far left is a tube icon, click on that...
Get your url to the video, and insert it in the centre between ]*[ *here.
I always do a preview to check it is in OK, and that somehow seems to get rid of the attached adverts.
Have a shot, but always preview to see you have it right.
