DO YOU HAVE ANY OLD VINYL RECORDS?! Do you have any 33 and a third rpm record albums, perhaps some 45 rpm singles?! Tell us all about them! No matter how embarrassing the titles and artists might be!

I've got a couple of hundred of them up in my dad's attic. I don't have a turntable anymore though so I should probably think about flogging 'em. Some of them might be worth something.

A list? kinnell I have no idea! Ok, there's some Frank Zappa, Jethro Tull, Led Zeppelin, Steve Hillage, Colosseum II...errm...and a few more. Mostly 'classic' and prog rock. I should really have a look next time I'm in Edinburgh.

Same here, got a few hundred, but I do play them. I have everything that was ever done by the Moody Blues, including each of them when they all went solo for a while. Mike Pinders "The Promise" is my favourite of the solo's, "Question of Balance" the best of the group. I do now have the equipment to transfer them all onto CD, it was a present, but I am a bit loathe to do it. I wouldn't sell any, some have been signed by the artist and bring back great memories. Variety? Oh yes, from hard rock to opera.....

Loads of mid 80's to mid 90's hip hop(PE, BDP, LL, 45 King & Flavour Unit) and breaks compilations (incl. Apache by the Incredible Bongo band - a classic break) - some really rare stuff too, LP's and 12". Some late 80's house like Stakker - Humanoid, Voodoo Ray, French Kiss by Lil Louis etc etc on 12. early to mid 90's drum and bass - best of which is triple vinyl AWOL compilation & 10" Dred Bass - Dead Dread limited edition. Worth £££ but no way I'd sell some Prince and errr,,, Thethem efrom Top Gun which I swear (I SWEAR!) isn't mine.

I was clearing out my loft and came across some old Queen vinyl albums, as good as new! I used to love them.

The first album I bought was GI Blues by Elvis. Sadly some 'mate' nicked it and I never even got to play it!

I still buy on vinyl when possible. I prefer it. Sleek, glossy black gorgeousity - rather like Iman with a soundtrack built in.
An expensive an inconvenient little vice, but not as costly as cocaine, and less dangerous than molesting rottweillers.
Most recent purchase was Mountain Battles by The Breeders. Kim Deal. What a godess that woman is.
I've even been known to buy things on CD and then buy them again if I find them on vinyl.

Loads of vinyl, bought so long ago I can't remember what. They're all on a boat right now, being shipped back from Australia.
Tangerine Dream, Simon & Garfunkel, Dire Straits, Talk Talk... Ooh and Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five... "Nothing to gain 'cept killing your brain" etc...

Plenty of vinyl. That age group to have them!! LOL
ALL The Osmond's albums and singles - yes every single one! ALL David Cassidy albums and singles. ALL Marc Bolam and T Rex. ALL Police - including 1st single Fallout Nothing Achieving - with cover hand made by Stewart Copeland.
Loads of others just that I liked at the time - sing-songy types.

Forgot to say - have also just inherited some old, old Inkspots and other classics from my uncle who died couple of years ago now. The old thick records.
