It's just that I've been reading News for about 8 years now, and reading all the predictions of how everything is going to shït and we're all going to be broke and living off the corpses of our less sturdy neighbours, but I'm still waiting for it. It's almost as though people are sort of prone to believing the worst case scenario.
Personally, I reckon we'll be ok - a lot of people will have really hard times for a bit but life won't change beyond recognition.
