There was one thing my doc said to me that made perfect sense to me . " Being pregnant is not an illness.You are a perfectly healthy woman and should carry on exactly the same as normal and there is no reason your baby should not be fine .Just don't over do anything" I cut down on smoking ,sure but I also felt that giving up was going to make me irritable and snappy rather than stay the serene and well balanced person that I usually am .  If that makes me a thoughtless uncaring mother ...<shrug> Me daughter will just have to live with it |
