I kinda imagine you kubik, riding a bycycle because you've lost your licence on a DD wrap.

Renault 4L, Transit 2.5 diesel van, Renault 4x4 tractor.
Not really a car man. If we go any distance we use the tranny. In the summer we camp out in it if we're partying.

I kinda imagine you kubik, riding a bycycle because you've lost your licence on a DD wrap. Embarrassing as it is to admit, you're close to the truth. When a tad younger and a tad sillier, I was taken to court on a DD charge in Oz. It was dismissed. No idea why as I pleaded guilty. Love the Lancia, Feral!

Ah the Lancia was a beauty but a right bugger to drive as it had power steering that didnt work . The ex intended to get that sorted in Italy and at the same time get it sanded down and a new paint job done on it, as it had a bit of rust, with the intention of selling it at some time as it was worth a good bit. However he only got as far as unregistering it and stashing it in a garage. For years and years and years.Where it slowly rusted away to a point way beyond repairing I think . I'm pretty sure he had to scrap it in the end or sold it for not much more than scrap value. Fecking shame ...but typical .

Power steering is easy enough to fix (it's just a pump), but the cars were built with cheap steel back then... Shame. Nice design and cracking engine.

hehe. Matters not a jot that fixing power steering is easy-things like that got left till someone else fixed them.Preferably without it meaning any effort at all on the part of me ex. Like taking the car in.
I know feck all about engines but I do recall that that car used to sound great as well . A powerful purr.

I used to drive one of these, 2003 Holden Monaro V8's, but these days a more practical Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Nice lines.
I'd go with the Cherokee too though. Used to have one in the UAE where petrol was about 20p/litre.
