An Israeli soldier has been killed and three others injured in an attack on their patrol near the border with Gaza. Israel's army said an explosive device was detonated next to the patrol. Israeli troops crossed into Gaza as helicopters hovered overhead firing machine guns. One Palestinian has been killed, Gaza medics said. I'm sure Bertrus will be along in a little while to enlighten us on these events. My money is on him explaining that these were the actions of Mosad agents who went into Gaza undercover and launched attacks on Israel just to give them an excuse to kick off new raids on the Palestinians. Or at least he will, once Press TV have broadcast it as news. Could be Hamas. What a surprise! But Israel must on no account defend itself by taking out Hamas fighters, because they hide in civilian centres.

Other countries have "rights" but not Israel, according to the no brainers and useful idiots infesting this site, who conveniently forget this all started with 8 years of Hamas raining rockets down on Israel civilians. |
