Does it actually work with Vista and not randomly crash for no reason? Cos, like, that would be a useful improvement.

As far as I know, it is compatible with Vista. I use Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 (build 2600). I could not see Vista as an improvement and deliberately did not download it. Too many 'teething' troubles were reported. I don't know if they are all sorted out now. Do you find it trouble free?

It would take a hell of a lot to convince me to change from the easy to use and easily customisable Firefox.

I hate Vista with all my heart, it isn't compatible with too much of the software I need/want and it crashes IE constantly. It also regularly renders anything with track changes on it completely unreadable or repairable. And it appears to really hate tables. I hate it so much that next time I need to buy a new computer it will be a Mac.
I also hate Firefox. It refuses to give me a search function in webmail, and if you have over 10,000 emails in your inbox alone you need one.

Many people told me it was rubbish. That's why I stuck with XP Pro. I also have MSN Premium and have no trouble at all. The down side is that Premium is £59.99 per annum.

I bought this laptop a couple weeks ago, it had Vista preloaded on it and I have had no trouble at all with it. Then again I don't screw around with charts , tables and 10,000 e-mails either.
